These terms apply to all orders and bookings with Dejola's Events & Catering Services International, Ltd. (“Dejola's”, “we”, “us”).

Terms of service

By placing an order or booking through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, you agree to these terms.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices may change; the price confirmed on your order applies.
Food photos on this site are illustrative. Presentation may vary slightly.
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs in your order notes. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
You must give an accurate full name, phone number and email so we can confirm your order.

100% payment upfront is required for all storefront orders — individual meals and party orders.
We start preparing your order only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
After you place an order, our team will contact you with payment details.
Delivery by our partner TheHungryPanther.com may carry a separate delivery fee, confirmed before payment.

Before preparation starts: you may cancel and receive a full refund.
After preparation has started: food is made fresh for you, so orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Problems with your order: if an item is missing, incorrect or not up to standard, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos. We will replace the item, give store credit or refund that item.
Delivery issues: delays caused by our delivery partner or by an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund, but we will work with you and the partner to resolve them.
If we cancel: if we can't fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund.
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method or account within 7 working days.

Event quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Your date is reserved only after payment is confirmed in line with the terms on your written quote.
Changes to guest numbers or menu should be confirmed in writing before the date on your quote.

We collect your name, phone number, email and address only to process orders and bookings, and — if you join our community — to share news and offers.
We never sell your details. We share your name, phone and address with our delivery partner only when you choose delivery.
You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by calling us.
